    • Event ID 41 - Description: The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable.

    Causes: 1. The CPUs in your computer are not all at the same stepping level, and Windows writes an informational message to the Event log.
    2. Chkdsk reports the wrong text message in the event log.
