Event ID 1106 & 1111

    • Event ID 1106 – The printer could not be installed

    Event ID 1111 – Driver Printer_name required for printer_Server Name_Shared nameis unknown.


    Symptoms: when logon TS, System Event Viewer may receive the above messages.


    Resolution: 1. Install the printer drive in the TS server.

    2. You have to edit the Ntprint.inf file to fix this problem.
